  • What finance deals are available on an Audi hire purchase scheme?

I want to buy a used Audi A3, 3 years old, about £10,000 from an Audi dealer. What are the finance deals available on hire purchase schemes with Audi? I have looked on the website but can't find any specific details.
Go to an Audi dealer and get them to explain the options.
  • How long can a finance company hold on to equity, legally from my reposessed house?

My ex partner has had our property reposessed. The equity of 90 thousand has been handed over to a finance company at the begining of february this year. It is now alm,ost the end of april and they still have our money.
They seem to be stalling so they can gain interest on it. What i would like to know is how long legally can the finance company hold onto our money?
Here there are good sites on business http://topfinusa3.notlong.com/5AAfvWL
  • Im 16, How would I finance/gain equipment to shoot a short film during the summer?

Is there anyway I could get equipment or finance it to make a short film with friends?
Not some big high tech equipment, just something simple but yet effective.
A part time job in this economic climate? YEH thats likely ^_^
Get a part time job maybe??
So you can earn some money and buy/rent some equipment.

    Edit.
Well, if you dont look, how do you know?
I dont think that anyone in their right mind will loan f.o.c. a camera and all the equipment to a kid at school who wants to make a film with his friends.

And YES. There ARE PT jobs around IF you care to get off your backside and look.

  • What is the average starting salary for a Finance graduate?

Where can I find such info? (include a link). I am a Economics and Finance Bachelor of Business Admin graduating in May. I obtained my degree in the USA. I have 4 months of finance experience (currently employed full time as a financial analyst) and excellent academic record. What range of salary would be oferred (in UK) for someone with my qualifications? Where should I look for job listings? (I would like to live near London). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
You will probably make in the range of $43,809 as a starting salary...not bad but you will have the opportunity to increase as you continue your years in the business..enjoy :)

  • Should I buy a car which is categorized as a finance repossession?

Should I buy a car which is categorized as a finance repossession?

I checked this preowned car, and AA said there is an existing finance agreement against the car, which is a hire purchase.

I told the dealer, and he said this is a finance repossession. He said the finance company has cleared the car.

Obviously I will speak directly to the finance company. But do you think it is advisable to buy this type of car? It is a Nissan Almera, so quality-speaking, it should be good.
If there is an existing finance on the car, the dealer should not be selling it. The finance should have been cleared up by the repo and the car should have a clean title now.

There's nothing wrong with buying a repo. It's like any other used car. Some uninformed people might advise against it because they think such cars have been abused by the owners, knowing that they are going to lose the car. This is rarely true. The repo usually comes on quickly, in a matter of a couple of months, so there is little time to abuse the car. It wouldn't be smart anyway, because the car would sell for less at auction, and they would owe a larger balance on their loan after the repo.
  • Having trouble getting finance as i am already in a finance agreement for my present car?

I purchased a car in march 2010. The car has been in for repairs twice and is also letting in water. Arnold Clark have agreed to take the car back and, let me pick another. The problem is with finance as i am already in a finance agreement for the current car. I have been refused finance so, am stuck with the car Arnold Clark are willing to take back. How do i solve this?
    Helo dear,
Your query could be solved here at http://aconrents.com/ a car rental services in US and los angeles.
  • Can i sell my car with outstanding finance?

I bought a car on finance in feb 06 and need to get rid. It is financed thru black horse and i owe around £3k. Can i sell it to pay off the finance?
you can sell it even if it has finance on it if you can find someone stupid enough to buy it. no-one in their right mind would buy a car for £3000 without having it h.p.i checked and when it comes back with finance outstanding they'll walk away for sure because they only have your word you're going to pay the finance off, and if you dont they lose their car and their money and you get done for deception!

    hope this helps!
  • What happens if you buy a car with finance on it?

I bought a motorcycle from a shop and the HPI check has something on it about a 60-month lease. I telephoned the number for the associated finance company and they said it 'looked like' there was still money owed but that they would need to contact someone else to find out. They said they would try and call me back yesterday to let me know but I've still heard nothing. I phoned the shop who sold me the bike and they seemed very helpful saying that it would be illegal for them to sell me the bike with finance on it and that if there are any problems to ring them back. Anyone know where I stand with this? I can't afford to be paying off finance companies and things like that.
If there is outstanding finance and the original owner stops making the payments and the bike was bought privately, then the finance company can reposess it from you, so you lose everything.

However as thie was bought from a dealership then fear not, you're covered.
  • Why does yahoo finance serve a different page when I access it using python?

I'm using python urllib to access stock prices, and it works fine when I run it from my local machine, but when I run it from my web server, the content is different and I can't get the stock price. The same is true of google finance.

Is there some system to block access from webservers? Is there a way round this?
I can only assume that your web server has a different configuration from your local host. Maybe you should check that the settings are the same and both are running the same version of python. It also possible that your web server has some kind of restriction, maybe contact there support team to find out
