Neighbors Kids In The Early Hours

It was just gone 5.15am this morning and my two dogs when mad barking as. They only bark if something is wrong.
I jumped out of bed, looked out the window and what did I see but a 3 year old girl and a 4 year old boy playing in the front garden on the damp wet grass in there P.J's. Yes you read correct, straight up no word of a lie.
I am not impressed about being woke up at that time and not being able to get back to sleep more so as I was rather ill the previous day. It woke two other neighbors up as well. One of them works shifts as a thearter nurse and was trying to get some sleep but they set her dog off as well.
I will be speaking to the persons mother in question who visits regular and will be asking her what the hell is going on.

My family and i live next to a bus shelter where kids hang around at night causing havoc how can i stop this?
The bus stop is used during the day by normal bus travellers but when it starts getting dark it turns in to a local hanging around place for youths who use it as shelter and light. But they are loud and have caused some minor damaged and some nights keep us awake untill the early hours. I cannot confront them or ask them to be quiet or move on as they will no doubt turn on me or my house !! What can i do?? This problem is shared by my neighbours around the bus stop as well .

out in neighbours garden (as early as 7am sometimes) & the other neighbours have two big 'barky' dogs whom they leave out all night to bark & you were 34 weeks pregnant?
if only uk were allowed guns i'd shoot the damn dogs & have a word with the mother of the kids. i have 3 kids of my own who would never be so disrespectful at that hour of the morning as i've taught them to consider others around them....seems everyone else hasnt HHEELLPPPPpp
i have reported to the council about the dogs but nothings changed
With a bit of luck maybe one of those big dogs will end up chewing on one of the kids and will have to be executed.Would you want this woman ?
We lost our virginity's with each other,we had three relationships at 14,15,16 years of age. We went to a party at 20 years of age and made love after.She gave me N.S.U passed from a previous boyfriend.We parted and lived our own separate lives.Twenty years on i receive a message from her on facebook from her,we meet both single,we talk until the early hours her life had been terrible the total opposite of what I had imagined.She stayed the night and we made love in the morning,it was as if we were never apart.In every relationship in between there was something missing it was her,the connection Things developed we saw more of each other and fell hook line and sinker in love. I found out from her she had been a drug taker a drug dealer and it had gone on for years BUT NOT ANYMORE.I went to her home,met her daughter and son great kids,they were the adults and she was the muppet skivvy,NO STRUCTURE,NO RESPONSIBILITY AND NO CONSEQUENCE JUST CHAOS. I am the father of five daughter's they know they are the children and I am the parent. An example of the chaos:The first night I stayed the 12 year old daughter of the neighbour was there,we decided to go to bed around 11:30 as she said goodnight to her kids the 12year old said "Are you going to put a vibrator up your bum while he f***'s you ?" I was shocked,all it received was laughter and an embarrassed "C***** don't say that" from the woman I love.I wouldn't be able to write everything so this is a tiny summery.The sex was fantastic,she has a great personality but is unable to even tell her 13 year old son to go to bed,to stop p*ss*ng all over the toilet seat and floor. Buys skunk for her 18 year old daughter so she doesn't go into a strop and smashes everything up. This woman is so stupid an ex had told her if you don't empty your testicles every day they become painful and she believed it. she asked me to move into her house with her.(Her house untouched in five years more of a hovel,mail unopened for five years untold debt and rubbish in every cupboard). I had just come out of a long term relationship,so when she asked me to move in i told her I would rather get a flat first because I don't want to rush into another disaster. She was very persuasive and after a couple of months I did. I told her though things would have to change for everybody because I couldn't live the way she had,she cried and begged me to help her get a normal life.After about six months I hear her having a row with her daughter down stairs "I bet you haven't told him you are addicted to base and have false teeth have you?" She came upstairs and apologised for the outburst,I said "why didn't you tell me?" her answer "I didn't want to lose you" Then promised she would never lie again,yet never stopped. I should hate this venemous junkie liar,why do I want her so much?

Am I able to get some sort of restraining order against him with an arrest clause or does it have to be done via the council who own the flats that I live in?
He is extremely aggressive, he smashed all my lounge windows last year (I know it was him, but can't prove it), he has encouraged local kids to throw stones at my windows, he plays music really loud til the early hours, he stamps on his floors (my ceilings). I have already had one stroke since moving here 16 months ago, I don't think I should be the one to move out and anyway, moving is something I can ill afford.
I should also say that there has been police involvement 3 times already and after he plays nice with them, the aggression returns even more. So I can't bring the police in again as they didn't do anything after another neighbour was assaulted by him in the summer last year...she was too scared to report it.
The guy has been up there for 5 years and the previous tenant in my flat left due to his behaviour and the coucil told me after I had accepted the flat that he was troublesome...but by then it was too late.
He jumps up and down on the floor above my head......we are both tenants of the same council :(
It may be a good idea to go and ask for advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
The options open to you depend on whether or not you are both tenants of the same landlord (e.g. council or Housing Association).
Go and get advice and you can then decide what action to take.Why are we letting it happen?
I live on a housing association estate and can't believe the behaviour of not only the kids but the adults alike. I had children young but i work full time as does my partner. We are probably worst off than the other resisdents as we work to pay our rent (most are on housing benefit) and yet our property gets vandalised by the kids kicking footballs and throwing stones and their parents take no responsibility. The teens are loud until all hours of the night with no consideration of the neighbours that have work (probably because they don't know what it is like to get up early to work as they don't even go to school never mind see there parents out of their beds before midday) Can't the government do more to discourage those that are abusing the system. If statistics were used from our estate only 20% are likely to be working in 10 years time but i fear that at lease 60% won't be, who is going to fund them? Are these teens of today going to cause an economy collapse

I recently was offered a job working for royal mail as a part time postwoman and have only been doing my round for about 9 days where I have been struggling to keep up with the work load because certain days can be more demanding.
I have almost 400 delivery points to go to per day and have to do it in 4.5 hours or less so it is pretty hard going.
Anyway today when I had my last bundle of letters, I came to this small close which is usually my last street to deliver to, when I saw this elderly man standing outside his flat. The area is a bit rough so I dont enjoy delivering around there.
He asked me if I had any post for him, to which I replied I didnt, so wanted to carry on with my next delivery point but he continued to talk to me by saying about how his mail got delivered by mistake to the flat upstairs where apparently the neighbour opens their letters, seals them then posts them through his box.
I was told about this by a lady there the other day, I pressumed it was his wife and told her I would be careful not to deliver their mail to his door but sometimes mis sorted deliveries can happen and ppl do not realise how easy it is to do this especially when your new and learning where each place is.
Anyway, he claimed it was me who did this, when sometimes there are other posties who cover my round for my days off so it could have been them, he has no real evidence it was me.
Anyway, I told him it was easy to make a mistake like that especially as i was new and said I would be more careful but he wasnt having it and said I am doing an important job and should get it right, like I wasnt allowed to make an honest mistake!
So anyway, his personality completely changed and he was quite unreasonable by which time I was tired of him going on and thought it best I walk away and continue the round elsewhere.
Unfortunately, he then told me NOT to walk away from him as he was talking and said I was rude with an attitude problem which I was not.
He said he was going to complain to the delivery office about me and reckoned I would lose my job, I said he could do that but it was unlikely I would because I have worked for companies before where customer would make empty threats like that and nothing came of it.
Anyway, he was shouting at me from over the road and then came up to near where I was a couple of times until I got almost to the end of the road where he confronted me face to face and started calling me brainless and words to that effect which was incredibly intimidating as well as upsetting, he was so mad, I thought he was going to hit me, I swear to god!
I guess he thought he could get away with it because I look quite young for my age and not very well built plus I didnt know how to handle the situation even though I did call him sir and tried to remain professional lol
I think he may have been drunk.
My bf reckoned I should have said, if it were me who posted the letters by mistake, I apologise, which I did say to him after I...just ssy to your boss that this old guy wouldn't let you do your job and you mostly likely not have to deliver there anymoreI encountered a serious verbal and physical harrassment incident today, what might the outcome be?

Oh my word and that person of the kids calls themself a parent ? ? ?.
They should be locked up or shot at dawn. That is completely out of order. If my kids were up at that time they would not be out at that silly time in the garden on there own. They would be told to go back to bed and that would be the end of it.
How dare they wake an ajoining property up they are well and truly out of order.
