I recantly heard on the news that one of the universitys ( I don't know which one ) was going to charge the maximum of £9000 a course I think I think it said. Well hell that is a lot of money. You may well get all these grades when you finish a course but you have got to find the money to start with then you have to find a job at the end of it all and the way that looks you would stand a better chance as a road sweeper and that would be with your own brush.
So what should people do at the end of the day just try and get an everyday job or get the extra grades and hope that someone will give you a job and try and scrounge the fee's of family and friends if you have them or may be ask the bank to lend the money and tell them you will pay them when you are working at about the age of 40 by the time you find a job.
That is a lot of money for anyone to pay out at the best of times. You may have just gone to private school, well one of the good ones and paid a bit more money out.
So no doubt all the uni's will follow suit and set this 9K fee per course. Good job it is not 9K per term. I would suggest they stop paying some of the people who work there so much.
Yes I know it is just crazy how much they are charging for fee's.
For a lot of people that is just below there average take home wage then they have to try and live on that as well plus it would seem you have to pay bills before you think about eating or keeping warm so what an earth are people meant to do.
Next they will be charging students to park there bike in the bike park at the uni.
Charge to park there bikes. Hey that is not a bad idea. They could charge 50p a day or something and have security guard watch over them just like in a normal car park.
I am told that there is a lot of students going to uni this year instead of having a year off so as they can get the lower rate and the student loan.
Looks like this year there will be a whole lot more going to uni rather than backpacking around the world on there parents credit card.
A neighbor was taking about these high uni fees and was saying I don't know how some of them are going to pay it. I said quite right they are rather high.
Then again on the other hand they was saying that one of there other friends knows of someone who has more than plenty cash put to one side in the bank and has done well at school and is taking a couple of years out to go traveling to as many countries as possible then going to see what the uni's have to offer.
From what they was telling me I think there parents had opend a couple of bank accounts when there son or daughter was very young and got a good rate of interest so now that it is getting near the time they have got more than enough cash to go traveling and go to uni without having to worry.
My reply was well it looks like they have got forward thinking parents in that respect. In saying that it is not everyone who can put tons of lute to one side for there son or daughters uni courses but good luck to them anyway.
I bet there will be a few less students partying like we have seen over the years what with these gastly fee's.
I mean to say how are people going to pay these. How I see it a student is going to have to have a fulltime job that earns a massive wage then study as well whilest on the go in order to pay for laptops and what ever else it is they need.
Do they really need to charge as much ?. I bet there is a lot that are not going to. Give it time there will be even more dieing trades dieing out because people can not afford to go on a course at uni.
This country needs to get it's act together I think.
I think your right that there will be a few less having lots of partys now the fee's are so high and a lot less traveling.
I have just been told by a work friend that her son went to a uni to look round and see what was what etc and when they got there they had decided to change the amount of points you need to get in to the uni. So they had a wasted trip really as her son has got no end of point and qualifacations.
They are going to make it so hard that there will be a lot of people whom just wont bother to go I think.

I also heard that from a work colleague that a lot more students are going to uni this year instead of having a two year holiday then going to uni.
I like the idea of charging to park there bikes, well at least they would be safer.
