It looks like students will have to get more than one part time job at the local burger bar on the high street they will have to sweep the roads to pay for all there uni costs.
May be they will have to cut back on the £1.99 bottles of cider and put that in the electric meter but it dose look like they will have to pay more out.
I can't say I know of anyone who is going to uni and has to pay out what ever it is they pay out but it would be interesting to what others have to say on the subject.
Good point on the student fees. Looks like they will have to put a few more washers in the old electric meter then and less cider.
May be they can get some help with the renting of a property whilest at uni and help with the fees but not without over doing it.
I could do with a bank loan and if I got one I would have to make payments each month none of this oh pay back when you earn £50,000.00 plus a year. I will never see that amount of money a year and it could be many years before someone earns that money in a job.
So at the end of the day I think that if they are going to get some help and have to pay it back then all there finances should be taken in to account and say right you can pay X - amount of pounds a week back and when you earn more which you would have to disclose by law you then pay more back but within your means and so on.
Very good point made there by the previous poster. Most interesting. I think that is an excellent idea and also if they try for a free ride they should get three warnings then kicked out of uni completely.
I also like that idea. Be more strict on them and stop giving them to many flaming holidays they don't need it and besides they would not get that in the real world.

I think they should have a points system where the ones that really want to get in to uni should get in and not the ones just wanting a free ride.
