Police are having a major clamp down on end of term drinking parties and groups related to it. I has been said that they could even be braking the law. Well that is shocking. What is it coming to in this day and age. So ok you do all your studying and get good results and celebrate the term with a few good parties here and there and now they police are saying that people could be breaking the law. Ok some may get a bit out of hand with loud music but surely they could warn the locals and say they will try and keep any distrubption to a complete low. So it looks like you can not have a party followed with a few good drinks now. It is just crazy if you ask me.
Oh dear that is getting a bit bad if the police are trying to say that you may be breaking the law for having a party or two.
I remember when I was younger the old landlord would leave you in the bar and you had what you wanted and left some money on the bar and went home the next morning.
Ok some parties do get a bit out of hand but that is all across the country is that and at the end of the day weather it be a student or anyone else if they want to have a party then they are going to have one.
The police need to go and do something more constructive. Ok fair comment if a party is getting out of hand but there must be other tasks they have that is more important.
The can not police all the student partys so go and have a jolly good old boose up. Get wrecked, go to sleep on the floor and the last one standing turns the stereo off.
What a joke. I have not heard of one party being shut down by the police. I have heard of the odd party getting a visit from having there stereo to loud and once turned down it was all fine.
Yeah they should go and catch some propper criminals.
Why not go one step further. You either ban every student from purchasing anything above 1.0% vol alchol or just lock the buggers before hand for 48 hours and spend a bit more of the tax payers money.
well I would say that there will be a few more parties soon as a lot of people have finished there exams and there will be those having a good few drinks to say oh god that is now over and don't forget when they get there results there will be a lot more going off.
Just think of all the boose that is bought for these parties. It will do the british economy some good a damn sight better than what the previous government did for us.

Looks like we all agree then. Yes there are a few partys that get out of hand and do need the long arm of the law but not all partys.
So as far as I am concerned then I will be having a few partys regardles and besides they can't police all of them can they.
Looks like all agree. Have a party or two but don't let it get out of hand then the police can go and catch some bank robbers or something.
