Neighbor Tidys Around There Parking Area
I am totally amazed. I have a neighbor that has a parking area similar to me and there bin was always over flowing and the plants were passed being dead.
Well here goes for the funny bit. I walked out one morning and said to someone else that it looked like pikey encampment and was amazed that we did not have rats or anything else knocking about.
The following weekend they started to tidy around the said area and the weeds came out and it dose look tidy now even two rouge trees have been sorted.
So may be that is the way to get things done by saying quite loudly that the place looks a complete mess with a few choice words.
So if anyone else has had anything similar to the above give it a try and see what happens.
Just out of interest I wonder if anyone else has had the same where they live would love to here and how they got it sorted.
May be you should keep an eye out for future reference just incase they start to slip.
It is good how ever they have finally made an effort. More people should try this approach and see if it works like it has for you.

It sounds like they don't really care to much. Do they want rats outside there door ?.
Lets see how long they keep it tidy.
If I was you as soon as that gets to be a mess again I would take a photo when they go out then you have proof in fact take one of it being tidy and as soon as it gets to be a mess show them or if rented show the landlords or local council.
You do not need that sort of mess about the place.
