Park Home Mortage. Do They Exist ?

by iswim2011Dose anyone know how you would go about buying one of these park homes ?.
Can you get a mortage or do you sell your present home if you own one and pay upfront for it ?.
Got talking in the pub to a couple and now I am just interested to know how you go about it and may be report back to them if I should bump in to them in the pub again.

That is an interesting one. I have never heard of a mortage for a park home myself.
I don't see why not you could not get a mortage or some kind of a loan to what ever property that it is you require.
